For us, that conversation also highlights the role of Safe2Say.
Safe2Say gives employees an anonymous way to raise concerns and share information with their organisation, including issues that may otherwise go unreported. It can provide an additional avenue for people to speak up, while giving organisations valuable information to help identify issues and strengthen workplace culture.
